1. 运营方与适用范围 / Operator and scope
Hologram Fan Community（“社区”）由香港業王科創有限公司（Yewang Technology Limited，“运营方”“我们”）运营。访问、注册或使用社区即表示你同意本条款、隐私政策和社区准则。
Hologram Fan Community (the “Community”) is operated by Yewang Technology Limited (業王科創有限公司, the “Operator”, “we”, “us”). By accessing, registering for or using the Community, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines.

2. 年龄与资格 / Eligibility
你必须年满 16 岁，并具有接受本条款的能力。未达到所在地独立同意年龄的用户，应由父母或合法监护人同意并监督使用。代表企业使用社区的人确认其有权约束该企业。
You must be at least 16 years old and able to accept these Terms. A user below the age at which independent consent is permitted in their location must use the Community with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A person acting for an organisation confirms authority to bind it.
3. 账号责任 / Account responsibilities
请提供准确的注册资料，保护登录凭证，并及时报告未获授权的使用。账号不得买卖、共享给不相关人员或用于规避限制。你对通过账号提交的内容和操作负责，但运营方自身的安全或处理责任不因此免除。
Provide accurate registration information, protect login credentials and report unauthorised use promptly. Accounts may not be sold, shared with unrelated people or used to evade restrictions. You are responsible for content and actions submitted through your account, without relieving the Operator of its own security and data-handling duties.
4. 社区用途与禁止行为 / Acceptable use
社区用于全息风扇、全息显示内容、安装、维修、案例和相关经验交流。使用时必须遵守社区准则。不得：
- 发布违法、欺诈、威胁、骚扰、仇恨、色情或侵犯他人权利的内容；
- 暴露他人的隐私、订单资料、联系方式或保密资料；
- 冒充他人，伪造案例、评价、资历、来源或运营数据；
- 传播恶意软件、钓鱼链接、垃圾信息，或试图绕过权限和安全措施；
- 未披露商业关系而进行推广，或以批量自动化方式干扰社区；
- 提供会造成触电、机械旋转、坠落、火灾或其他现实危险的误导性操作建议。
The Community is for discussion of hologram fans, holographic display content, installation, repair, case studies and related experience. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful or abusive content, privacy violations, impersonation or fabricated evidence, malware and spam, attempts to bypass security, undisclosed commercial promotion, disruptive automation, and misleading instructions that create electrical, rotating-equipment, falling-object, fire or other physical hazards.
5. 用户内容与许可 / User content and licence
你保留对原创内容拥有的权利。为运行社区，你授予运营方一项非独占、全球性、免版税许可，仅用于托管、复制、格式转换、展示、分发、备份、搜索、翻译、审核、保护和改进社区，以及制作注明来源范围的社区摘要、索引和 FAQ。该许可在内容删除后终止，但法律要求、版务记录、他人已引用内容及正常备份到期所需的有限保留除外。
你确认有权提交内容，并已取得其中人物、商标、音乐、图片、视频、软件和其他材料所需的许可。公开发布前请移除不必要的个人信息。
You retain rights in your original content. You grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence solely to host, copy, reformat, display, distribute, back up, search, translate, moderate, secure and improve the Community, and to create community summaries, indexes and FAQs that retain appropriate source context. The licence ends when content is deleted, except for limited retention required by law, moderation records, existing quotations by others and normal backup expiry. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted people, marks, music, images, video, software and other material.
6. 公开性、商业关系与 AI / Public content, commercial relationships and AI
公开分类中的内容可被任何人访问和被搜索引擎收录。发布者应清楚披露制造商、卖家、雇主、代理、赠品、佣金或其他可能影响评价的关系。
工作人员可使用 AI 辅助翻译、整理或起草回复，但应进行人员复核，并在有必要时标明。AI 生成内容不能替代设备手册、专业安装建议或对具体型号和现场条件的核验。
Content in public categories may be accessible to anyone and indexed by search engines. Contributors must clearly disclose manufacturer, seller, employer, agency, gift, commission or other relationships that may affect a recommendation. Staff may use AI to assist with translation, organisation and drafting, subject to human review and appropriate identification. AI content does not replace product manuals, professional installation advice or verification of a specific model and site.
7. 产品与安全信息 / Product and safety information
社区是独立的交流平台，不代表所有品牌、制造商或卖家，也不保证用户回答的准确性、完整性或适用于你的设备。除非页面明确说明，帖子不构成官方售后承诺、工程认证或专业意见。
涉及高速旋转部件、供电、吊装、墙体固定、多机拼接、户外使用或公共场所部署时，应停止设备并查阅对应型号手册，由具备资格的人员核实电气、结构、防护和当地法规要求。紧急危险请联系当地紧急服务。
The Community is an independent discussion platform and does not represent every brand, manufacturer or seller. User answers are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or suitable for a particular device. Unless expressly stated, posts are not official warranty commitments, engineering certification or professional advice. Work involving rotating parts, electricity, overhead mounting, structural fixing, multi-unit arrays, outdoor use or public venues must follow the exact product manual and be reviewed by qualified personnel for electrical, structural, guarding and local regulatory requirements.
8. 管理、删除与停权 / Moderation and suspension
为执行准则、保护用户和服务，运营方可以移动、隐藏、编辑标记、限制传播或删除内容，并可警告、暂停或终止账号。采取措施时会考虑行为严重程度、重复情况、证据和现实风险；法律或安全允许时提供原因和申诉渠道。版务处理不代表运营方认可未被处理的内容。
We may move, hide, label, limit or remove content and warn, suspend or terminate accounts to enforce the Guidelines and protect users and the service. We consider severity, repetition, evidence and real-world risk, and provide reasons and an appeal path where legally and operationally possible. Lack of moderation action does not mean endorsement.
9. 服务变更与可用性 / Changes and availability
我们会尽力保持服务和备份，但不保证持续、不间断或无错误。可因维护、安全、法律要求或不可控事件限制功能。重大条款变更将公布生效日期；若变更实质影响用户权利，会提供合理通知。
We aim to maintain the service and backups but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be limited for maintenance, security, legal obligations or events beyond reasonable control. Material changes will show an effective date and receive reasonable notice where they substantially affect user rights.
10. 责任范围 / Responsibility
在法律允许的最大范围内，社区按现状提供。运营方不对用户内容、第三方链接或用户依据未经核验建议实施操作承担责任。任何免责或责任限制均不排除法律不能排除的责任，也不限制香港《个人资料（私隐）条例》下的义务。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Community is provided as available. The Operator is not responsible for user content, third-party links or actions taken on unverified advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits obligations under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
11. 适用法律与争议 / Governing law and disputes
本条款受香港特别行政区法律管辖。因本条款或社区产生的争议由香港法院管辖，但不影响用户所在地法律不能以合同排除的强制性权利。
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Community are subject to the courts of Hong Kong, without displacing mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by contract under the law applicable to a user.
