Contribution points and community rewards

Contribution Points recognize people who help others solve real hologram fan problems. The points ledger and public leaderboard are now available at Contribution Points / 贡献分. Scores start from the effective date; internal tests and earlier activity are not backfilled.
How points are earned

Only the highest applicable value is awarded for one contribution; values are not stacked. The reviewed contribution-point award is limited to 20 points per person per day.
During the pilot, a moderator reviews each award. Creating many topics or replies does not by itself earn points. Likes, views, visits, repeated answers and generic advice earn 0 points. Staff, official accounts, system accounts and AI-assisted service accounts are excluded from the leaderboard and rewards.
Recognition
- Helpful Contributor — first contribution that passes review.
- Trusted Contributor — at least 5 confirmed solutions or an equivalent body of verified contributions, with no unresolved serious accuracy issue.
- Community Expert — at least 15 confirmed solutions or an equivalent body of verified contributions, followed by manual review. This title recognizes community work; it is not a product-safety certification.
- Up to three contributors may be featured in a monthly thank-you post using their public forum usernames and contribution links.
Future redemption catalogue
Redemption is not open yet. After the pilot, we plan to assess limited rewards such as a Logo asset customization slot or eligibility for a new-product trial. A separate catalogue will state the required points, available quantity, eligible regions, shipping or tax arrangements, trial conditions and any return requirements before redemption opens. Points do not currently create a right to a product, service, cash or discount.
Pilot points cannot be purchased, transferred or exchanged for cash. They do not expire automatically during the pilot. Essential manuals, warranty service, refunds and existing customer rights never depend on points.
Quality and fairness
Self-replies used to manufacture credit, copied answers, fabricated evidence, advertising, unsafe instructions, unverified generic AI output and content that exposes personal information do not qualify. A moderator may correct or revoke points awarded in error or obtained through abuse; corrected work can be reviewed again.
Rewards never require a purchase, a positive review, a star rating, seller feedback, deleting criticism or posting on Amazon, an independent store, YouTube or another platform. Commercial relationships must be disclosed.
